Have you booked your tickets for the BIBBA Conference?

With 29 sessions on subjects as diverse as

  • Bee Genetics,
  • Miniature Energy Harvester for battery-less Tracking of Honey Bees,
  • Balanced Beekeeping with Top Bar Hives,
  • The Mating Biology of Honey Bees,
  • Beekeeping  – if the Bees wrote the Book,
  • A Biologist/Beekeeper’s Practical Perspective on Breeding the Ideal Bee for your Area, and
  • Electronic Monitoring as a tool for better Beekeeping and Queen Breeding –

and many, many more varied and interesting topics, the 2016 BIBBA Conference sounds like an amazing event.

Isle of Man beekeepers and members of the Manx public – for its open to all – are hugely privileged to have experts on this wide variety of topics come to the island; an array of expertise like this isn’t easily assembled.

And, if booked before 31 July, we Manx beekeepers can enjoy three days listening to the experts for just £80 – and this includes buffet lunch on each day! Once the “Early-Bee” entry closes, our ticket price will increase to the same as the public’s – but still a snip at £95 for the full Conference!

In addition, there is a three course Conference Dinner on Wednesday evening, at £20 per head. Space is limited, so if you’d like to attend, please book early.

Full details of the Conference are available here including access to the booking forms via EventBrite.
